The Reno area produces some spectacular wildflower displays when conditions are right. Even when things are less than ideal, you can count on seeing at least some of the flowers pictured here during the spring months. Great places to enjoy wildflowers are the Huffaker Hills in south Reno, Washoe Lake State Park further south toward Carson City, and up a bit higher around Virginia City and Lake Tahoe.
