"Expedition Dinosaur: Rise of the Mammals" is an interactive exhibit at the Wilbur D. May Museum at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park in Reno. You can come and explore this larger-than-life display from January 28 through May 5, 2024. This exhibit explores moments in time before, during, and after the extinction event that ended the age of the dinosaur. Expedition Dinosaur: Rise of the Mammals combines life-size and lifelike animatronic dinosaurs and mammals with realistic movements and sound with fascinating educational, interactive experiences. Now everyone can explore the exciting and ever-changing history of the Cretaceous period.
Fan favorite stations from last year are joined by brand new interactive displays and animatronics such as The Immersive Asteroid Experience. Entry Fee and Location for Expedition Dinosaur: Rise of the MammalsThe entry fee to Expedition Dinosaur is $13 for adults, $11 for children 3 to 17 and seniors. Kids under 3 are free. Hours at the Wilbur D. May Museum are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The museum is closed on Monday and Tuesday. The Wilbur D.
