Sales tax rate in Washoe County (including Reno and Sparks) is 7.725% (effective July 1, 2009). The other counties are as follows...

White Pine 7.475%
Nevada's assessed value is 35 percent of property value. Nevada statutes limit the rate of ad valorem property tax to a total of $3.64 for each $100 of assessed valuation.
